Account deletion
This page explains how users can request deletion of their SkyERP account and associated data from PagarBook.
How to request account deletion
- Send an email to yash.raj@pagarbook.com from the phone number owner, business administrator, or authorized business contact.
- Use the subject line: Delete my SkyERP account.
- Include the registered phone number, business name, and any details needed to verify that you are authorized to request deletion.
Data deleted
After verification, we will delete or de-identify personal account information associated with the requested account, including login identifiers, profile details, and access records where deletion is permitted.
Data that may be retained
Some business records may be retained when required for security, audit logs, accounting, tax, legal, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, backup recovery, or legitimate business purposes. Retained records are kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes.
Processing time
We aim to review deletion requests within 30 days after receiving the information needed to verify and process the request.
